740cm (cubed) bottle in Mendoza, Argentina. Cost about US$5 at the Hipermarcado Carrefour. Color is golden, darker than most Argentinian lagers. Fizzy head that rapidly thins out and beads around the edge of the glass. Smells of yeast that mellows as you drink it. Tastes like a lager and has some bitterness, again more than the typical Argentine lager. I wouldn’t bother holding this up to a Pilsner Urquell or the like. Has the flavor of an inexpensive continental pils. Medium bodied for its origin, quite fizzy, and it has a slight bitter/yeasty finish. All in all, I can see why some of the locals recommended this as head and shoulders above what is less expensive and more widely available. This beer is about 3 to 4 times more expensive than the more popular large format beers.

drunk from the bottle while in Argentinian Patagonia, solid beer especially compared to the other swill produced in Latin America. Good smooth taste, some hops a little bit of malt. Very drinkable pilsener

Pours pale yellow with thin white head. Light malty aroma, no hops. Taste is light malty and a slight bitter finish. Light body, average carbonation. Better than most macros, but far from a bohemian pilsner.

The beer has a simple pilsener look. The color is golden, a little bit darker than most times. The beer is crystal clear and doesn’t show a lot of gassy action. A normal layer of rough foam forms, only to disappear shotgun seconds to leave nothing. The smell is nice. It is quite fresh and sweet. There are some sweet malty aroma’s and some slightly sour and bitter hip aroma’s. This beer is more aromatic than most simple pilsners. The taste is also quite nice. The beer is quite sweet. There is a sweet malty flavor accompanied by a sweet alcohol flavor. There is a nice hoppy bitterness to balance this out. The beer is more fruits and hoppy than most pilsners. The palate is quite simple. It has a little watery sensation. I miss some gas.

I bought this beer in Lima, Miraflores. I was disappointing with this brewery. I love the pils and in my point of view, it is not a pils. If I compare with la voisine from "les trois dames" this beer is more like a plain lager but it is better than the amber ale. The color is yellow gold, thin foam and average carbonation. The taste is a bit malty, some sweetness but few hop, so-so.

Cerveja com o corpo um pouco mais denso que uma cerveja de varejo. Com um amargor bem definido é um pouco frutada. Álcool bem identificado.

Bottle bought in a wine, cheese and meat shop in palermo, ba. I really like to see global takes on eastern european styles - so this makes me happy. Tasted at around 15 degrees - maybe it’s better at lower, but yeah...all lagers seemingly are - I wanted to taste all of the flavor elements in this one and really scrutinize it. Pours golden with quickly settling bubbly head. Nose is bready- good malt profile - some honey notes, very conservative use of hops which for me departs from the style. Flavor is ok. Reminds me of lower quality lagers from eastern europe. The malt is saccharine in its sweetness. Not much of a palate cleansing hop profile, a tiny bit of herbal bitterness, but finishes a bit flabby without very much discernable hoppiness. Where’d the hops go in this one - to me bohemian pilsner says Saaz hops. This finishes with residual sugars. I hate to rate this so low - but this is a very difficult style and it is not just a pale lager. If this were in the premium lager category it would have scored near the upper range.
