Nice white lasting head. Golden colour. The aroma combines a light sourness with citrus. Also in the flavour I distinguish some citrus. The beer begins very promising but than finishes very suddenly. A very refreshing beer.

(Bottle) Pours a lightly hazy yellow body with a medium white head. Aroma of mustiness, floral, light lemon, and unusual skunkiness. Flavor of yeast, bit fruity, and spices.

It’s a nice golden beer with a good head. The aroma is fruity with notes of caramel and spice, and this is what I get in the flavour too, and it’s sweet with notes of honey and a light citrus bitterness as a nice counterweight in the finish.1686

Bottle. Mandarin and lime aroma. Pale golden with massive carbonation and a big creamy head. Lemony light fruit flavor, light metallic yeast, quickly fading. Fresh, but not exiting.

Bottle. 330ml. Pours a bubbly, slightly hazy golden yellow. Small, fine, milky white head. Aroma has some lemony citrus, and malty sweetness. Quite spritzy mouthfeel. Quite sweet, with lots of oranges. Prickly on the tongue. Nice, slightly bitter sweet at the end. Short aftertaste.

330ml bottle. Hazy orange body with a creamy white head. Aroma is fruity and sour. Flavor is fruity, malty, spicy and a bit acidulous. The total impression is not to great.

Bottled. A slightly hazy light orange coloured beer with an attractive and fairly large whitish head. The aroma is lemony citrus and peppery but quite light. The taste is more of the same. It’s got everything you would expect from a light Belgian Ale together with some floral flavours; and everything is subtle and subdued. I liked it.

330ml bottle from BeersOfEurope. Fairly dull really. Lacks sparkle and interest. A reasonably dry pale ale with light flowery and orange citric notes. Faint lactic quality adds some interest.

I barely remember this beer malty and notes of fresh fruits and spices. Will have to have again some day. Page 352 of Michael Jackson’s Great Beer Guide only 300 of his 500 Classic Brews to go.
