3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hazy golden colour with large frothy white head. Fruity (pineapple), spicey and yeasty aroma. Clean tasting, refreshing; starting sweet, some acidity and bitterness and a slight sour finish. Quite highly carbonated, with a thinish mouthfeel, particularly at the end.

Bottle brought back from Belgian. Fairly boring grassy blond, itís a little sweet and sickly and could do with some more spiciness. Stil reasonable.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Good start: grassy nose with some yeast and citrus. Pale gold color with a clear merenge head. Light malt body with some vanilla, white grape. Wanted a spicier end but didnít quite get it. Thinish, refreshing.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Appearance: bright, peachy gold color, though fraught with dark floaties drifting around. Makes me suspicious, perhaps a little afraid. Head is a powdery white, well-retained.
Nose: big with spice, sharp, and citrusy.
On the tongue, smooth, with mellow hops. Good balance, bright, happy taste, short, but friendly finish.
In short, the fruity flavor and generous yeasty taste, creates a nice, sweet brew, easily enjoyed.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle conditioned. Gold, good lasting white rocky head with moderate condition, some fairly chunky lumps of yeast. Pleasant nutty caramel nose with hints of pineapple and sweet grain, although there is a lurking raw alcohol edge if you sniff long enough. Quite thin in the mouth with a fruity and faintly metallic edge. Some oxidation notes in the finish along with a gentle hop bitterness.

2.1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Cloudy blond color. I don't like the aroma: paper, rubber, somehow rotten, dirty water. Reasonable body, with a light maltiness, some spices, light plastic. Just drinkable, but completely wrong.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottled. Golden body with largish Belgian style beer. The sour ale was poorly timed. Yes it was my fault but I was thirsty and had a few previous to this thatís for sure. Pleasant smooth sour I expect for those who like sourís.
