Pours a slightly cloudy dark gold color with a bit of small yeast sediment and a medium, bubbly, white head. Decent aroma of honey and doughy yeast. Good flavor of honey and doughy yeast, the sweetness is well dosed and the honey flavor is pleasant, there is also a light acidity. The body is light to medium with a creamy texture and medium to lively carbonation. This is a simple belgian ale but I enjoy it more than others who have the same honey/yeast flavor profile.

Hazy honey gold hue, with a white head, but falls quickly, yeasty, fruity nose of pears, stewed apples, with some sweet pale malts, with a light note of honey and spices, and a subtle floral hop aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a crisp, yeasty, fruity character of ripe apples, pears, with a sweet honeyish pale malt accent, with a faint flowery hop note, leading towards a malty, light dry finish.

Nice white lasting head. Golden colour. The aroma combines a light sourness with citrus. Also in the flavour I distinguish some citrus. The beer begins very promising but than finishes very suddenly. A very refreshing beer.

It’s a nice golden beer with a good head. The aroma is fruity with notes of caramel and spice, and this is what I get in the flavour too, and it’s sweet with notes of honey and a light citrus bitterness as a nice counterweight in the finish.1686

Bottle. Mandarin and lime aroma. Pale golden with massive carbonation and a big creamy head. Lemony light fruit flavor, light metallic yeast, quickly fading. Fresh, but not exiting.
