UPDATED: JUL 9, 2011 Bottle. Poured a hazy pale with a creamy white head that settled to a ring and left light lace. Aroma of green grapes and a light farmhouse backing. The flavor found green grapes, yeast, and hints of dark fruits. Light to medium body. Light tart up front but with a sweet ending.

Past expiration date and full of floaters and yeast haze. Suprisingly, little tart/sour taste in spite of this. Upon opening foam pours out of top... tan colored similar to Orval. Dry and creamy. Not bad at all. Would try again for the right price.

(Bottle, Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm) Golden amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, spicy nose with orange, apricots, canned fruit and hints of almonds. Fruity, malty taste with notes of orange, apricots, ripe fruit and a spicy, slightly toasty finish with a mild bitterness. More than medium body, fairly sweet. Slightly chemical, but decent enough.
