Licht troebel, gouden kleur met een witte kraag die mooi blijft liggen. Smaak start wat romig met zoete honing/kandij suiker. Daarna komt een vleugje citrus-zurig, waardoor je hem niet in 1x wegdrinkt. Aldus Huubs. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

(Bottled)It seems hard to find a Triple that is refined , they’re almost always rough around the edges . This one is a deep golden color , like honey , thin white creamy head above. Spice , oranges , rich hops .and raw booze in the nose . On the palate its lively with both rich and dry vibes . nice citrus characters -lots of customary yeastiness and notes of orange zest , peppery corn . Pleasant.

Scrapersnbeer (1466) - Boston, Massachusetts, USA - APR 8, 2012
Big nose full of grapes, candied sugar and yeast. Opaque orange with moderate activity. Very sweet taste: sugar, alcohol and a hint of sour fruit. Lighter body though zesty enough to prevent quick consumption. Another solid if unremarkable tripel ale.

20/11/2011 33cl bottle @ home - BB: impossible to tell, smudged ink (2011-658)

Clear bright orange beer, big off-white head, unstable, adhesive. Aroma: oranges, herbal, bit flowery, spicy peppery, candi sugar, some alcohol. MF: too much carbon, light to medium body, bit alcoholic. Taste: oranges, bit sweet, mainly citric sour and lemony, some spices. Aftertaste: orange peel, tangerines, sour and some candi sugar. Bad example of a tripel if you ask me.
