ZBF2008: From bottle. Pours hazy orange with a lacing white head. Light caramel malt and mild butterish aroma. Flavour is light toffee with a mild butterish note. Smooth caramel to toffee flavour and mouthfeel. Ends with a light lingering caramel malt flavour. Light herbal/spiced touch.

Ungstrup (29665) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUN 24, 2004
A hazy orange beer with sediment floating around when everything is poured. It has a huge off-white lasting head. The aroma is sweet and contains notes of peach, yeast, and citrus. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of yeast and coriander, but also notes of peach, oranges, and hops - especially bitter hops, that together with the coriander gives it a dry but still smooth end. The body is a little watery - weird for an 8% ABV beer.

Bottled. Hazy yellowish/orange colour with bubblyish, longlasting head. Acidic fruity aroma with hints of yeast and malts. Flavour is sweet fruity with some caramelly hints. Also sour yeasty and earthy notes. The sweetness is a bit acidic. Aftertaste of caramel and malts, with some hints of alcohol. Rich carbonation in the glass, but not felt in palate at all.

Light amber color; nice perlage. Rubber nose; later there is an aroma of malt and spices. Thin body, not interesting, light malt; with a too simple finish, a bit oily.
