Bottle @ home. Hazy pale yellow color, small to medium sized white head. Smell and taste a light fruityness combined with a touch of koriander and maybe some other herbs or spices. Body and carbonation suit the beer. Pleasant and easy to drink Belgian White.

Vattnigt ljusgul i färgen, med vitt skum. Doftar friskt och örtigt, lite metalliskt, vinkokta grönsaker. Smakar friskt och örtigt citrus, vitt vin, torr avslutning men vattnig.

Il colore è tipicamente blanche, giallo paglierino opaco, vagamente torbido, con riflessi color arancio. L’aspetto abbastanza trasparente lascia trasparire una vivace fermentazione interna. La schiuma si presenta con aspetto particolarmente invitante: media altezza, molto resistente nel tempo, dall’aspetto pannoso, consistente e morbida, di un bellissimo colore bianco acceso. L’aroma esalta i classici sentori di coriandolo e scorze d’arancio a primo impatto, lasciando in sottofondo note di cedro e lievito. Il naso rimane nel complesso poco pronunciato. Il gusto evidenzia un corpo mediamente pieno e tondeggiante, caratterizzato dal rapido passaggio, lasciando comunque un senso di appagamento in gola, dovuto alla permanenza agre in gola dal sapore di coriandolo. Il corpo è piacevolmente equilibrato tra le note dolci (lievito) e quelle amarognole (cedro e una punta di limone).

Bottle, 4.5%. Unclear pale milky yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, wheat, spices and coriander. Flavour is malt, yeast, wheat, spices, medium sweet, hops, high carbonation and coriander.

Aroma is yeasty and a bit fruity. Flavour is quite peppery, spicy. Light on flavour but well balanced.

Cloudy yellow beige beer, big white creamy head, stable and little adhesive. Aroma: very lemony, coriander, bit artificial, little grassy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of wheat, ripe banana, some coriander, bit sugary, orange juice, touch of sour. Aftertaste: little metallic, grassy, sugar, lots of coriander.

Draft. An unclear yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of dusty hops, lemons, and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, lemons, and coriander, leading to a dry wheaty finish. The body is light.
