Wow this beer came out strong, that beer was still alive and kicking, lots of foam. Pours a hazy amber with a huge white head that did not stay long. Aroma of citrus fruits and malts. Flavors is hoppy with lots of citrus with lemons and some peach. Some yeast and spices. Lots of carbonation and with a creamy texture in mouth. Lost of complex nice flavors and refreshing, easy and nice to drink.

Bottle. Hazy yellow colour with a huge white head. Wheat, spices and citrus in the aroma. Flavour is citrus, wheat, spicy yeast and some sweetness. Slightly sour finish. Light to medium bodied.

BB 160712. Hazy pale yellow with a big white head. Aroma is light sour, wheaty, yeasty, citrus and coriander. Flavor is medium sweet, light sour and moderate acidic. Light acidic finish. Heavy carbonation. Doesn’t seem fresh in spite more than a year until BB. 190611

Birra che io personalmente trovo buonissima.Semplice molto beverina e rinfrescante note fruttate.
