Commercial Description:
A bright, golden brew with a smooth taste and a light hops flavor. A full bodied and perfectly balanced flavor, brewed with immaculate skill. An absolute pleasure at any time of the year.

Draught at Paulaner Brahaus, Singapore. Hazy golden with a medium white head. Citrus and spicy aroma and flavour balanced with malt. A little fizzy on the palate. Good hoppy bitterness. A refreshing lager.

Draught. A pretty standard lager. Good for Asia, but otherwise does not stand out. Clear golden yellow, modest head. Thin body, well (over?) carbonated. Reasonable malt taste and hoppy aroma, but both the taste and particularly the aroma had something distinctly unusual and spicy like coriander seed. Not unpleasant, but odd.

Easy to drink, like any lager, and by far the best lager I have had so far in Singapore ... beats Tiger with a stick. I think it was crystal clear pale gold and that apparent haze was from the chilled mug. Nose of malts and hops, without intensity. Taste of malts and hops without much intensity.

Shiny golden apperance. Good hoppy aroma. A bit thin but, makes for a refeshing drink. A bit too much carbonation. Smooth but the malt should stand out more. Overall, a great brew to have on a hot day, which is easy to pair with foods and occassions.

it was crisp and well not much can be said about the aroma because of the ancient purity laws in germany.. but it was a good beer

On draught at the brewpub, poured a dull gold with a slight white head. Clean and full-bodied, this well-carbonated but not overly so. A clean summer brew for the Asia summer season.

Draught at the brewpub
Hazy blond color; thick head, persistent; nice lace. Nice hop aroma, real. Medium body structure, some malt (not excellent, maybe it’s the quality of the malt, maybe the water…), the hopping is not bad; there is a light honey sweetness. It’s not crispy enough; it start promising, the end is limp.

Hazy yellow, good creamy white head. Bready malty, also a bit sweet aroma. Light, weak sweetish malty palate. No hops found here. Very simple and more "Asian lager" than German one.
