4.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Strong body with personality. Smooth, slightly bitter, a little citric and spicy. Impressive head. One of my all time favourites for its drinkability.. Gets drier in the end. A lot of yeast throughout it. A great session beer, very balanced.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Citrus and wheat in the aroma. The taste is watery, metallic and citrus. Okay bitterness that fills the upper part of the mouth for a little while. OK, but still easy to drink. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

Klasyka gatunku. Pomimo, że szukając po niemieckim rynku można znaleźć lepsze piwa pszeniczne to Paulaner trzyma poziom i w segmencie popularnych pszenic przedstawiciel bardzo dobry. Wszytsko na wysokim poziomie.

3.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
I was expecting a better beer, anyway, it is a good one. Wheat profile, spicy, clove, medium low bubblegum and very low banana, aroma and flavor.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Also known as "Hefe-Weizen Natural Wheat" in the states.
Lovely golden yellow color with a matte finish. Lots of carbonation. Enormous, long-lasting head. Thick crown of lace. Incredibly cloudy. Textbook appearance.
Aroma is a dry, leafy aroma, where the cloves smell dried up and ashen. There is a banana, but more like a banana cream pie: muted and blunted. Doesn’t have the fresh aromas of ripe bananas.
Flavor is clothes and black pepper. Banana cream pie. A potpourri of dried leaves. Tastes just like autumn. A little salty; definitely triggers some nerves on the back end of the tongue.
The feel is smooth on the exterior, dry on the inside. It has an almost chalky dryness. This is a very solid hefeweizen: it’s got all the elements you want, and none of the bullshit. Very good.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle: cloudy orange, huge off-white head. Balanced wheaty aroma with limited banana esters--just enough. Some citrus. Flavour is smooth wheat, banana, lemon, very slight bitterness. Light sourness. High drinkability.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cloudy, yellow pour with a large, frothy white head. The aroma is mostly wheat with some light fruity notes. It has a light oily texture with average carbonation. The taste is sweet and refreshing with a clean finish.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
330 ml bottle. Hazy deep gold color. Thick mousse-like beige head. Wonderful banana and clove wheat malt aroma. Tart sweet citrus malt flavor. Notes of tangerine and earthy yeast with a touch of honey. Some citrus hops in finish. Delicious. A world class Bavarian weizen.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a nice hazy, golden wheat with lasting head and great lacing. Aroma is wheat, orange, earthy. Taste is great with a nice mild wheat, slight bit of yeast, orange, and mild bitterness. Paulaner’s been at this for nearly 400 years, and it appears they know what they are doing. Nothing earth-shattering, but for this style, this is a reference beer.
