On tap at the Crescent Moon. Deep golden to orange cloudy appearance. Yeasty esterified aroma. A solid flavor of malt/yeast balance. This is drinkable in mass quantities if you are not careful.

Not the best wheat i've had but it was decent. It was medium. A good beer for the price though.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
A pretty nice hefeweizen. Huge foamy head. Not that much banana flavor, but the aromas and flavors of spices are definitely present. Has some malty sweetness and notes of lemon and orange too. Nice light-moderate tartness in the finish as well. Add the yeast sediment, as it really helps the apperance/cloudiness factor and makes the beer more flavorful too.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
A turbid greyish orange beer with nice fluffy white lace, slight wet dog aromatics with a hint of tangerine and lime(sorta like mountain dew but less flowery). Not a lot of flavor at first but eventually a cracker and bisquity taste builds up chased down with some lactic like you'd expect...for such a readily available beer it's usually pretty good, not the most drop dead hefe weiss you'll ever try but it fills the bill when you're in the mood.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured as a cloudy orange haze with a rather large coarse white head and streams of carbonation, an appearance that is simply unattractive to me. Aroma was hoppy and quite fruity. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor however, as my tastebuds were assaulted by a crisp, tart, sweet, and fruity swirl of effervescent flavors. These flavors proved delicious at first, but overpowering towards the bottom of the glass. It had a great thick mouthfeel, however, that helped make this an enjoyable drink. Not one of my favorite styles OR beers, but quite enjoyable nonetheless.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Hazy golden orange color with a large white head. Sweet banana wheat aroma. Crisp clean taste with hints of clove. Not breathtaking but a solid hefe.

Christ, I always wondered what would happen if someone was able to mix the flavors of banana, cardboard, and yeast, and I have found it. BEAUTIFUL pour, AWFUL taste. Head is gorgeous and thick with medium lacing. First sip made me wince (seriously). There is an aftertaste I cannot put my finger on...blood?...a handful of coins?...ball bearings? Seriously, it tastes like bannana bread and auto bumper combined dusted with yeast. Highly over-rated beer.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a huge head that laces a little as it falls into a solid creamy mass. Cloudy orange. Banana, cloves, vanilla and yeast aroma. Flavour is nicely balanced with no overriding dominance. Has all the aroma flavours with some citrus in the finish. Palate is very smooth for a hefe, doesn't have that grainy aspect. Nice.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pous a cloudy, hazy, dirty/rusty water yellow/orange.
When I was younger I lived in a 4plex where the water came out of the tap that same color the first 3-4 minutes... ewww. Not so good when it's your water, but kind of interesting when it's your beer. The light sort of hits the middle and reflects back out.
Tall fluffy cream colored head, minimal lacing.
Aroma is bannana bread, and not much else.
flavor is sourdough bread & bannanas, with some clove spicyness in the background, and a lemony citrus finish.
Some bannana also noted in the finish.
crisp and refreshing.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Classic hefeweizen look: pale yellow color, impressively tall head, cloudy translucent body with an inner glow. Aroma has the banana nut muffin quality with the yeasty and bready notes predominant. It is typical of the style, but is not as strong as most others. Taste is again dominated by the yeast with sour dough, clove, citrus fruits, and bananas shining through. Typical German hefeweizen mouthfeel, but is a bit more yeasty.
