Pours a cloudy orange with a two finger fluffy head. Aroma is malt, fruit, and spice. Taste is the same as the aroma. This is an excellent beer. One of the best I’ve tasted.

500ml bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours hazy orange, little head, but high carbonation. Aromas of cinnamon buns, clove, bread, light citrus. Taste is kinda sweet, more spice. Sticky texture. Finishes quite long, but not in an entirely pleasant way. Also very gassy. Preferred the Krombacher.

Weiss ottima... Molto Beverina densa e burrosa con quella nota acidula che non guasta mai... Provata in bottiglia in varie occasioni non delude mai. Poi io sono un appassionato delle birre di frumento

It has a cloudy appearance, lots of visible carbonation and a deep golden yellow color with a thick foamy white head. The head which builds up big and pillowy has very good retention and leaves lots of cool lacing on the glass. The aroma has a deep malty wheat scent with hints of banana and a touch of spicy clove. The flavor has a refined and well balanced mix of tangy wheat and sweet malty grain with fruity/earthy yeast that has hints of banana and clove. Hop flavor is very mild, clean, somewhat lemony and most noticeable in the finish which is fairly dry. Its mouth feel is smooth and creamy with a medium body that is very drinkable. Overall it’s extremely refreshing and flavorful. Very well done.

Crisp, lightly malty, with hints of citrus, yeast, banana, and a touch of spice. Smooth through the finish. A very fine example of the style.

11.2 oz. bottle. Pours a cloudy light orange color with a great thick white head. Aroma of yeast, banana, some clove and malt. Medium-light body, great wheat taste all the way through. Finish is yeast and malt. This is my standard to judge all other hefe-weizens. Love this one...would recommend it to all. Plus, the label is just cool!

Pours a dark hazy orange with a medium white creamy head which lasted ok. Aroma sweet citrus, wheat, and yeast with a hint of spice. Taste a good cloudy wheat, followed by light sourness, then moving to a long rolling wave of yeast with a touch of vanilla and spice. Moderate body only (mainly due to good carbonation), with a nice long finish that coats the mouth fully. Certainly surprised me. While all the components were there and good, overall... it just felt something was... missing.
