COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

A touch of tomato in that wheat aroma, not a good start. Vegetal plant-matter taste. Watery, chalky. Pretty bad tasting, do not like. Paper. Pretty shitty.

50cl bottle from some beer store in Gräfelfing. Pours a hazed, deeper golden colored body with an inch thick, foamy and frothy, white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma has some grainy wheat malts with a light sweetness, a good amount of phenols, some banana and citrus notes, and a light yeastiness. Flavor is similar. More of a clove spice throughout rather than other phenols with a light citrus and banana note. Grainy, lightly sweetened wheats with a bit of a yeast note. Finishes clean and somewhat dry before leaving a medium length aftertaste. Light body and a soft, moderately lively carbonation. Overall, a decent light hefe. Nothing special, but not bad at all for the style.
