50 cl bottle from one of my local grocery stores, likely I got it from ICA Maxi, Grafiska Vägen.
Sampled on October 20, 2012. BB 04/2013.
Forgot to roll it, so my first pour didn’t get any sediment. At first light golden to amber color, huge off-white head. A bit estery banana scent, also malty and light acidic. Some faint clove, but more plastic and tin can, phenoles, some smoke. all this also in the scent. Sweet, grainy, minerals taste, sort of bland and thin at first. Aftertaste has more though, some estery banana coming through, also a sweetness hinting towards sugar and malt. Lingering fresh feelign to the taste. in the end. To the thin side mouthfeel, still OK for me though. Very low bitterness, but finishes rather dry and with a mineral and wet stone feeling to it.
Decent enough low alco beer for those driving days, or just when wanting something light. Not overly banana-ish, so should fit also those who don’t have weiss/weizen as their favourite. I can see myself drinking this more/again.
When agitating the bottle to get sediment, the look turns more towards a cloudy amber to orange color. Scent goes more distinct sweet with some underlying estery banana. Taste blands out a bit, mainly hints of banana, mixed with minerals, a bit sweet. Mouthfeel gets spritzier (got loose more co2 I guess), not sure if I like it better this way, but it is different at least. Still very drinkable, though still not standing out much.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange color with a longlasting white head. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy aroma with weak hints of banana. Fruity wheat malty spicy flavor with weak mouth feel. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy banana finish.

Smells plenty of fragrance. Tastes great and a little sour. The aftertaste is not good and can not keep still at all time luckily. Not the worst beer I had drunk but this is not worth buying again. Maybe just to taste. But no more.

0.5 L bottle from MaxiMat, Charlottenberg. White fluffy cream head. Body is clear golden brown. Initial aroma of metal, then some dryish, quite sharp wheat malts. Not very estery, faint spice notes. Watery, light astingent mouthfeel. Sharp, light sourish wheat malt flavor. Spice tones, and a light lemony fruitiness underneath. Very different from the original. This one lacks depth and fullness, and dont even have the real hefeweizen characteristics.

0,5 l bottle shared with McTapps. What a positive surprise for a low alc weizen. Crispy with a strong and fine carbo and a stable huge head. Aroma of yeast and citrus. Above average.

Bottle shared with MichaelBruch. Milky golden in colour. Nice taste of yeast. Doesn’t come like a usual Weizen, is more refreshing and tasty.

Cloudy golden colour with a white head. Wheat and some banana in the aroma. A bit weak and light waterish flavour, but still decent wheat and some banana. Light texture.
