Aug 16, 2008 Spicy banana clove, notes of zwieback and honey. Cloudy amber, huge billowy head. Sweet mellow malts, lemony tartness, slight bitterness, almost undetectable, but works for the balance. Aug 15, 2008 Nice weiss. Cloudy yellow with a creamy white head. Lots of banana and spice up front with a dry, yeasty finish. The yeast is quite assertive with almost no bitterness.

Aug 12, 2008 Bottle courtesy of tupalev. Pours a hazy yellow-orange with a large frothy white head. Pleasant aroma of yeast, banana, lemon, wheat and grain. Flavour’s the same, yeasty with banana and lemon along with a touch of spices, a bit of grain and very light hops in the finish -- very easy to drink. Medium bodied. For something so readily available in Ontario this is a pretty damn good Hefe -- well done!
