Huh, another one I missed. pretty typical hefe, though I still think it’s a bit overrated. I feel better about Ayinger and even Hacker Pschorr than this one. Decent though. Nice body, lot of effervescence.

A little on the light side, plenty of citrus tones and pleasant enough. Nice lemon yellow golden color poured from bottle with a nice haze. perhaps just not big enough Plenty of head

Great aroma, refreshing and some citrus in it. no alc. Looks nice, with a god sized head.. Fantastic flavor, the alc. is totally hidden, very refreshing, but not watery. Palate is not out of the ordinary, but not watery as one might expect. Overall one of the best of its kind that i’ve tasted (not that i’ve tasted so many of this kind, but stil..)

Pours a medium amber with more than one inch of head. Aroma is malts and spice. Flavor is very well balanced sweet malts and slightly bitter hops. Wheat smooths the taste overall and makes this a session beer for sure. Served about 40 deg. F. Good summer beer, very refreshing.

On tap at St Veronus. Shared with a friend. Reminiscent of Denison Weissbier. Milder in flavour and overall impact. Taste heavy in bananas and clove. Nose dominant in banana and cardamom. Clean finish, and a very refreshing and flavourful beer.

Draught - pours a dense dark gold with a thick white head and lace. Light body, slight banana/clove aroma. Very soft mouthfeel, light wheaty flavor.

On draught at the brewpub. Poured a dense dark amber with a very thick white head. Mellow banana-clove aroma and early hop bitterness. Medium-bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Wheaty flavor balanced with pale malt and a hint of clove. Nice job!

I tried this beer on March 20, 2008 at "Smokeless Joe’s" in Toronto, Ontario. The beer poured a hazy orange gold colour with a huge fluffy white head. The aroma was malt, and spice. The mouthfeel was medium bodied and highly carbonated. The flavour was grainy malt, and some sweet banana hints
