Mar 10, 2008 The definition of German hefeweizen. Heavy baked bread, clove, bubblegum on the nose. Too much for my individual taste but certainly the style. Decent head. Light bodied with high carbonation, a quaffable beer with very light hop character.

Mar 7, 2008 Lightly fruity, clove with a slight citrus aroma. Beautiful in a glass, great white head and orange hue. Flavor is munich and wheat grain with a fantastic yeasty and dough flavor. Hints of fruit with a good strong clove finish. Banana flavors come out as it warms. Nice mouth feel, full and slightly chewy. Overall never ever a disappointment. A very solid HefeWeizen.

Mar 7, 2008 Thick off white head. Orange hue with suspended yeast when poured as intended. Fresh tart wheat with little discernible hop. Drank in midwinter, but would bet this is a cracking summer thrist-quencher.

Mar 4, 2008 Good hefe, has a citrusy aroma with about a one-inch white head. Tastes of wheat, citrus, and some banana notes. Has a mildly bitter finish and is good on a hot day.

Mar 1, 2008 Bouteille de 330 ml, acheté à l’SAQ de Rosemère (Québec) le 28/2/08, bu le 1/3/08. Blanche orange brumeuse, petit collet. Arome de crème de blé épicé, banane et petits fruits. Goût de blé peu épicé et malté, très légé et très rafréchissant.
