50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a dense light off-white head. Mild fruity and wheaty aroma. Flavour starts sweet with a soft banana fruity note, not so much bubblegum in this. Mild wheaty flavour and creamy texture. Mild bitterness in the finish which also holds a lingering wheat note.

Appearance: orange amber color, cloudy. Great head, white color, dense and very lasting. Good adherence to glass. Aroma: yeasty with reminiscences to bread and banana; wheat and light sourness. Aromatic fruitiness similar to apricots, tangerines and blond raisins. Flavor: sweet wheaty start. Yeasty quickly progress with banana, bread and vanilla’s reminiscence. Slight and refreshing sourness. Fruitiness similar to peaches, apricots, candy oranges and blond raisins. Yeasty aftertaste. Palate: medium body. Creamy and some earthy texture. Few carbonated. Nice and refreshing yeasty touch. Notably texture.

This was the first beer I tried from Paulaner. Nice banana notes to it....Great mouth feel but really didn’t impress me. Nice color and aroma as well as good head retention. I did brew a clone...Almost...I added more to the malt bill for a higher gravity and used an American Heff. liqued yeast.....Now that one impressed me!!!! I just thought it needed more of a clove note to it.
