Ahhh... Those guys at this brewery know their stuff. Excellent Hefe Weiss! Has all teh classic hallmarks of the quintessential bavarian weiss beer. Pours with a nice white fine head and good lace. Typical cloudy yellowish amber color. Good sharp tang and carbonation. All the traditional esters in this kind of beer. Easily a session beer. Very clean pleasant finish. I’ve been drinking this for many years and I believe that it’s actually improved over time. Having a mug a this at Bodega Brew Pub downtown La Crosse, Wisconsin. USA

Sep 5, 2008 Bottle: Great beer. I almost do not remember drinking the beer because it went down so easy. Aroma and flavor of banana and yeast.

Sep 3, 2008 Draught. Hazy golden colour with a nice white head. Nose is yeast and banana with some lemon. Taste is banana, yeast, sweet and also fruity. Creamy mouthfeel and some bitterness in the aftertaste. Very nice summer beer.

Sep 1, 2008 I have always enjoyed this beer. Nice cloudy golden pour with a decent mostly white head. Aroma is a yeast explosion with some wheat. Flavor is all yeast and is fruity and goes down so smooth. Good creamy mouthfeel.
