As far as ol Hefezien(sp?) go, this is about as good as it gets. Pretty much only drink this at the Gaus Haus in Minneapolis, usually during Oktoberfest. It certainly is good, but my dicering toungue cannot detect the Lemon nutty aroma, gold orange with thing white tight head. Big banana flavor, citrus banana, as soon have indicated. Im an ape.

Bottle. Beautiful cloudy ornge/amber colour, large fluffy white head. Fruity malt aroma with banana and raspberries, earthy, woody and spicy hints, as well as yeasty tones. Medium bodied, with a smooth mouthfeel, yet lively carbonation. Perfectly balanced with a light sweetness and a dry and slightly bitter finish. Am excellent hefeweizen.

"MMMM very nice. Poured a nice golden brown with an average puffy head. Smell was nice and fresh of bananas. The first sipe was a typical hefe, with a little cloves added to it. What a beer."

Bottle.Pours a cloudy golden light amber with a nice head.Aromas of citrus, banana, spices compel you to have a sip and then you get the flavor of citrus and spices. This really goes down so easy and is very refreshing. This is especially great in the summer .

Pint Bottle...Poured a thick, hazy, golden orage with a great frothy white-to-beige head that lasted quite a bit. The palate was well carbonated with flavors of strong bananas, toasty malts and yeast, very sweet and sugary. Smooth finsh with a slight metalic kick back. One of my fav German Weizens.

Pours like a good hefe should-small, tight head, cloudy tannish yellow. Smells of all that is good hefe. Tastes same but plus heavier carbonation. Overall a solid choice for a good hefe

One of my very favorite beers. Wheat with strong citrus. Extremely smooth and great texture.
