Pretty much only drink this at the Gaus Haus in Minneapolis, usually during Oktoberfest. It certainly is good, but my dicering toungue cannot detect the Lemon nutty aroma, gold orange with thing white tight head. Big banana flavor, citrus banana, as soon have indicated. Fruity malt aroma with banana and raspberries, earthy, woody and spicy hints, as well as yeasty tones. Medium bodied, with a smooth mouthfeel, yet lively carbonation. Perfectly balanced with a light sweetness and a dry and slightly bitter finish. Am excellent hefeweizen. bfeldmann (1042), Wilmington, Delaware, USA

The palate was well carbonated with flavors of strong bananas, toasty malts and yeast, very sweet and sugary. Smooth finsh with a slight metalic kick back. Smells of all that is good hefe. Tastes same but plus heavier carbonation. Overall a solid choice for a good hefe Borup (1360), Albertslund, Denmark
