| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Mar 28, 2002 Smell reminded me of a wheat or bran breakfast cereal I used to eat, which I can’t remember the name of. Nice ambery-orangey, murky, color. Good balance of wheat and sweet (is it honey?) flavorings. Carbonation was noticeable but not offensive. A great wheat beer that puts a few american wheats to shame. austinpowers (2828), New York, New York, USA

Amber in color. Very lacey legs on the side of a dimpled mug. Cloves and bananas nicely spiced hint of cinnamon and lemons. Medium body weight in the mouth. Watery and very welcomly refreshing. Very good wheat beer. Tymi (3), Tirana, Albania does not count | 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 5/5 | 10/10 | 5/5 | 14/20 | Aug 13, 2005 Really good beer. Who knew a widely-distributed Hefe-Wisen could be this good. Probably the best beer available in my current location in Albania. auderale (572), Fairchild AFB, Washington, USA

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Dec 23, 2006 I was happy with this beer. Seems that Germany is still manufacturing some great hefes. I noticed the smell of bananas as mentioned earlier by many folks. The color was very nice a bit inbetween cloudy and hazy I’d say. Something worth trying, but don’t get yourself too excited many other hefes to try!
