Dorata limpida, schiuma bianca poco persistente.
Classica lager: aroma di malto d'orzo, zuccherina e lievemente erbacea.
Al palato stesse caratteristiche con cosa erbacea lievemente amaricante.
Corpo leggero, mediamente carbonata.

Bottle. Pours clear light golden with average white head. Aroma is malt, grassy hops, hint of lambic basement. Taste is bitter but also slightly sour with grassy hops, herbs, malt and a hint of yeast. Odd.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
The yellowish look and wheat-smell should not deter a Oktoberfest-romantic, this beer delivers.
The feel is incredibly smooth, as one would expect from a German hefeweisse. There are tones of grass and floral present in aftertaste which very much make this a unique experience. A great(yet, unique) example of the style and I could not recommend it higher.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Light sweet malt notes from pale malt tones of soft caramel notes from the Munich Malt. Hop bitterness is moderate, and only recently added to a degree that supports malt and adds a piquant touch of flower. It is a lightly foaming beer, where the carbonation is soft and unobtrusive. Mouth feeling is gentle, sweet and mouthwatering.

.5l can. Not appealing how yellow and pale it is compared to other darker orangier marzens. Tastes fine but the finish is very abrupt and an odd mashup of light malt and dry hop, not after one another, but swirled together. Not the best marzen out there.
