Golden coloured. Very malty, soft, big body, smooth but with a stinging late bitterness.

UPDATED: FEB 27, 2003 Cooked to the max. Were finished with the Hacker, put the Paulaner labels in the labler. If these two beers are not the same I'll be a monkeys uncle.

Easy to drink, with a mild spiciness in the finish, but no other very exciting flavor. Not terribly interesting.

Malty aroma with prune. Full bodied. Malty taste with orange, prune and banana.

So I’m not a big Oktoberfest beer fan to begin with. Spicy, fruity, malty, yesty, little to no hops. Rather bland but highly drinkable.

yeasty spicy aroma, rich, spicy flavor, almost sour tasting. Not too bad. Unfortunately the wrong time of year to be having an Oktoberfest. I’ll have to try again in the fall.

mmmmmmm. a really good octoberfest, the hop charecter surprised me. This is one of the few decent beers you can find in Utah so i’ll definetly get it again.
