Poured into big mug from 1L can. Beautiful golden amber with thick 1" foam that slowly dissipates. Sweet malty aroma. I get a little honey and citrus. Wonderful light Marzen type taste. Lots of carbonation. Light palate. Sweet lightly biscuity flavor faint honey. I could drink a lot of this. I haven’t found this anywhere other than in these limited edition cans. Kind of limits the "drinking a lot" idea. I guess I need to go to Germany.

Clear golden body, fine off white head, some smaller curtains as lacing. Aroma; hops, caramel malts, leaves, dough, mild floral spices, faint notes of honey flowers. Taste; grassy hops, caramel malts, red apples, plums, oranges, brown a bit sourish bread. Smooth and clean on palate, soft carbonation. Continues fruity-malty in finish. Respectable. [50cl brown bottle, abv6%, #L24846L, BB09.15, B@Systembolaget, T@höme]

Light grainy aroma. Semi-spicy, somewhat grassy. Ill-tasting finish. Sloppy, uninspiring brewing.

Easy drinking Oktoberfest beer. Paulaner is always a favorite during this time of year.

From 1 liter can to Paulaner 1 liter Oktoberfest glass. This tasted much different than the regular Paulaner Hefe. Poured a dark amber, pretty clear, and had a huge fluffy off white head. Aroma of wheat, caramel, and sweets malts. Taste followed the nose and was sweet, but not overly. Reminded me of a red ale.

From bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 27.10.14. Clear and pale golden. White head. Arom of grass and.flowers. Light taste and mouthfeel. Refreshing with very high drinkability. Decent bitterness in aftertaste.

Mmmm delicious. My kind of marzen. Strong and flavorful. Dark amber very malty and has a sweet fresh grain flavor. I loved cereals as a kid and I guess this is just a continuation of that habit in adulthood. Really good doe.
