Very malty and slightly alcoholic taste. Poor with fragrance but feel a little malty aroma. Weak bitterness which fills the lower part of the mouth of a weak moment. Not impressed at all on me. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

Syrlig duft av malt og høy. Dekkende skum. Klar gyllen farge. Syrlig smak av høy og en anelse sitron.

Pours clear golden with a medium-sized frothy white head. The aroma is very malty, in a pale, grainy way; cereal, hay, herbs, not much else. Taste displays the usual clean maltiness that is typical for German lagers. Some sweetness at first, later drier herbal notes where hops add their small contribution. The palate is medium bodied and the carbonation soft. Nothing special here but variety of the taste is not the point for Oktoberfest beers.

Bottle from the "best of Munich" variety six pack - mostly clear blonde - lively carbonation - nose is pleasant.honeyed maltiness, some floral, almost musky hoppiness and perfume wildflower character - soft malt texture in the mouth - moderate sweetness, fairly rich malt, but light and airy at the same time - some balancing floral and grassy hops late - lingering clean sweetness finishes, along with a touch of spiciness - nice lager.

Solid, light and sweet beer. Nothing special but it has a nice wheaty sweetness, good to drink.

Classic German Oktoberfest. Doesn't get much better than one of the originals. Would drink this anytime it is available ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The best Octoberfest Beer I’ve had so far, so I give it top ratings. Nice we’ll balanced taste, aroma and after taste, that holds up well pint after pint. I’d rate Spaten #2, Hoffbrau #3, Warsteiner #4, thirsty Dogs Barktoberfest #5, Great Lakes #6... Incredibly, alll of these great Octoberfest beers are currently on tap at the Firehouse Grill at Rockin on the River in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Where Ocktoberfest is being celebrated this weekend. They also have 2 great German Hefe Weizen beers, Weihenstephaner and Franzenhaner. Can’t wait to do it again tonight !
