Botle in Berlin. Pale lager, full malty body. Dry, sourish finish. Nothing to lift this, a rather boring beer.

Clear gold with a nice white head. Worty grainy aroma with bread and caramel. Clean crisp taste with grains and light hops.

Medium very white shiny fine-bubbled head. Yellow body with light carbonation. Milky fruity peppery aroma with sugary notes. Dry-sweetish grassy light malty taste, very harmonic, with caramelly straw notes. Dry peppery grassy spicy aftertaste. Clean, highly drinkable, but somewhat bland. A bit disappointing for Paulaner. (0.5l bottle, Systembolaget, Charlottenberg. Rerated at Hell Hunt, Tallinn, with much the same results.)

Pours light amber with a nice off white head. Aroma is slightly roasty and caramel like. Taste is caramel malt, very smooth and light bodied, but good.

Pours clear amber with copper hues and tan head. The mild aroma has notes of plum mixed with sweet caramelization and faint grainy malts. The taste begins with a short pulse of earthy spicy hop bitterness before grainy malts mixed with a mild sense of sweet caramel come together. Midway dark fruity esters grow to be even in strength to the malts. It ends with roasted malts, fading sweet caramel and dark fruitiness along with a bit of hop bitterness.

50 cl bottle at home - bought in Germany by my mother. Clear golden color, big disappering white head. Aroma is sweet with fruit and hops. Flavor is sweet malty, some bitterness. Metallic, dry finish

Pours a clear reddish-brown with lots of carbonation and a good head. Some hints of spiciness in the nose, but mainly just standard brown malts. The flavor has a tangy spiciness to it that makes it worth checking out... very subtle, but good. The mouth feel is great... very silky and smooth, like watery honey. A good one from Paulaner.
