12oz bottle, labeled as Octoberfest Marzen: Amber pour with an off-white head that quickly disappears. Aroma conists of caramel, roasted malt and a hint of fruit. Sweet initial taste gives way to a slight bitterness and ultimately finshes with a faint sweetness. Medium in body and not overly carbonated. Nicely balanced and not too dry like some others within this style.

This is a typical lager that I can get into, otherwise I find lagers pretty yucky... pours a deep amber with a small head, smell of candied, rotten, sour fruits... easy drinking and mildly sweet... I could get into these kind of lagers.

Looks a little tired... Pale golden coulour with a head that disappeared way too quickly. The taste is rather sweet and malty and goes well with pork and sauerkraut as a beer like this should. Overall not as good as I remembered it from previous years.

Pours darkish orangish. Smells malty and sweet. Lively carbonation and mouthfeel. Taste resembles other Paulaner products possibly because of the chosen yeast. One of the better Oktoberfests floating around in my honest O.

3:rd of 4 different oktoberfest beer in a sampling. A litle more colour than the previous oktoberfest beers. Small aroma of malt. God bitterness and some maltiness.

My first octoberfest of the season. Just a run of the mill octoberfest. Rather weak hops and malts though. Decent honey aroma. Quaffable

Pours a rich reddish amber with a medium fluffy beige creamy head. Rich malt aroma, peppery, some alcohol, and caramel. Flavor follows, sweet rich caramel malt with a light spiciness and a touch of grass. Medium body that feels a bit watery with light sizzling carbonation.
