Apr 19, 2008 Hoppy and sweet aroma. Pours a light copper color. Sweet taste with a smooth finish. Overall, not great, but not bad. This is a drinkable beer but it didn’t blow me away.

Apr 19, 2008 Bottle pours dark copper with light head. Malt flavor and not to much carbonation. Creamy finish slight hops flavor. I really liked this Oktoberfest.

Apr 18, 2008 Pours copper-dark amber from the 12 fluid ounce bottle. Minimal head with few lacings.
Aroma is vegetal.
Flavor is sweet caramel malts with little hop taste until the dry bitter finish. The alcohol is a bit obvious. Listed as 5.8% on the label. Probably much better on tap at the Oktoberfest.
Nice smooth palate.
Not a bad beer by any means. I’ve enjoyed better beers from Paulaner.

Apr 14, 2008 Copper colored with a good head. Smells is very malty with some caramel. Taste is easy going down again malty. Pretty tasty stuff. Easy to drink a lot of this at Oktoberfest.

Apr 7, 2008 Updated: Aug 26, 2009Nice head with a beautiful copper colored pour. Nose is malty and light with some molasses. Like most Paulaner beers this is good and drinkable.

This last batch is amazing. Probably the best I have ever had. If I could brew beer like this I wouldn’t have to jerk off any more.

Mar 30, 2008 Thin white head with amber, orange color.Carmel malts smell with no head. Medium to light body and moderate carbonation with a mild bitter flavor of medium crystal malts. Very slightly sweet at the same time.
