Aroma is vegetal.
Flavor is sweet caramel malts with little hop taste until the dry bitter finish. The alcohol is a bit obvious. Listed as 5.8% on the label. Probably much better on tap at the Oktoberfest.
Nice smooth palate.
Not a bad beer by any means. I’ve enjoyed better beers from Paulaner. travita (1887), Frisco, Texas, USA
