| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jun 7, 2007 Appearance: Light rustic amber in color. Good clarity. Two-inch head settles quickly leaving a few straggler bubbles behind.
Smell: An alluring aroma of earthy malts, day-old biscuits, and a pinch of yeastiness. As it warms, I’m smelling more and more caramel.
Taste: Honey and sweet toasted grains in the forefront, with a touch of cinnamon, followed by a dry (though gentle) hop finish. Alcohol is hardly apparent at all.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. The carbonation, though a bit low, helps to give it a little extra life on the tongue.
Drinkability: Simple, flavorful, and light. Ultimately, its all very refreshing. Buy yours today!

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | May 26, 2007 Nice tasting beer. Pours with a nice foamy head. Tasty, easy going flavor. Nothing stands out too much other than some malts, caramel, and marzipan. Not an instant classic, but it’s solid as a rock. For the marzen fan in us all... mlist55 (210), media, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | May 25, 2007 Cleaner that many OFests, with a milder toasted caramelized Munich malt flavor, but with a bright aroma and flavor. Very drinkable without compromising flavor. A very nice and drinkable example of a real marzen. incutrav (576), Woodbury, Minnesota, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 1, 2007 Poured a golden amber with a head that dissipated quickly. Pretty smooth and drinkable, but not my preferred style of beer. I would much rather drink their Hefeweizen which is excellent. It kind of grows on you as you drink it, however. No real strong characteristic. talon1117 (620), Bellvue, Colorado, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 26, 2007 Pours a golden amber color with clarity and a faily small, off-white, fizzy head which disappates fairly quickly. Nose is simple with rich caramels and sweet breads with just a touch of almonds. Flavor is very similar; rich caramels, light almonds, toasty bread, and a light but balancing noble hop background. Palate is medium-light, lively, and fairly crisp. Finishes still mostly sweet with and average length. Pretty decent Ofest; simple, rich, crisp. cyanescens (156), Seattle, Washington, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 25, 2007 This beer was nine months since I purchased it. Its a rich beer, more flavor than I’d expected but nothing too out there. I wish I could try this brew fresh.
Earth tones, light carbonation, medium body, pale amber in color, rich head quickly diminishing.
