SynergyXJ (506), Blacksburg, Virginia, USA Oct 23, 2006 Party keg. Orangeish pour. Very sweet aroma and flavor. Incredibly malty, almost tastes like malted milk. Very smooth, great drink. True to style (I think). ph0tik (71), Denver, Colorado, USA Oct 23, 2006 I have the beer every year at oktoberfest in Denver. Dark orange/amber and smells slightly sweet with a decent white head. Clean finish. trafford (171), Germantown, Tennessee, USA Oct 23, 2006 Great malty aroma with a rich brown hue. All malt taste with little to no hop bitterness. Above avarage Octoberfest beer. jainsv (112), USA Oct 22, 2006 An excellent oktoberfest beer. It has a great color to it, as well as an excellent aroma (unlike pale lagers/IPA’s) Definately worth trying. JB175 (1654), Bucks County, Pennsylvania, USA Oct 22, 2006 Updated: Jan 6, 2007Deep amber pour with malty-sweet aroma. Smooth, sweet, nice mouthfeel. Above average Oktoberfest. wraith (12), Australia Oct 21, 2006 minimal head, light lacing, deep rich maltiness as you would expect from a OF, nutty, sweetish then slightly dry. gets better as you drink it (for me anyway), started off nice but by the end I thought it was excellent. BeerHawk (1175), Huntsville, Alabama, USA Oct 20, 2006 Bottle produced on 06.06. Poured an orange amber color with a thin off white head. The aroma was of sweet malts and bread but was somewhat subdued. The flavor found floral and spices. Medium body with lively carbonation and a comfortable bitterness throughout. joeyp (30), Alabama, USA Oct 18, 2006 I got one of these in a trade. My bottle said it wais an Oktoberfest-MarzenIt was interesting, not nessasarily my top pick but it was defenetly worth a try.
