| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jun 5, 2006 One of the more enjoyable Oktober’s I’ve had this year / ever. The pour was a bit boring with a very small head (typical of the style, I guess). The color was a deep and clear amber-orange. The aroma was spicey and malty (some bread). The flavor featured lightly roasted malts with a heavy dose of spicing. Started sweet and finished with a light bitterness. Nicely balanced. Mouthfeel was average and medium body.
