Slight aroma, somewhat woody with a little cinnamon and spice note. Just enough hop flavor and nice burnt or toasted maltiness. Strongest flavor is somewhat sweet, with a little spiciness. Perfect carbonation. bigrond (1055), factoryville, Pennsylvania, USA

From the malt body and sweet caramel wisps, this is the best I’ve had thus far. DrBayern (1137), Morehead City, North Carolina, USA

Sweet malty flavor feels full and smooth, balanced out with a light hop bitterness. Very drinkable, and a good example of the style. ChainGangGuy (2619), Kennesaw, Georgia, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jun 7, 2007 Appearance: Light rustic amber in color. Good clarity. Two-inch head settles quickly leaving a few straggler bubbles behind.
Smell: An alluring aroma of earthy malts, day-old biscuits, and a pinch of yeastiness. As it warms, I’m smelling more and more caramel.
Taste: Honey and sweet toasted grains in the forefront, with a touch of cinnamon, followed by a dry (though gentle) hop finish. Alcohol is hardly apparent at all.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. The carbonation, though a bit low, helps to give it a little extra life on the tongue.
Drinkability: Simple, flavorful, and light. Ultimately, its all very refreshing. Buy yours today!

Enticing and welcoming. Burnt copper color with a large fluffy head that gradually settles leaving behind some long lacing. Refreshing and sugary sweet. Mild body, clean and drinkable. Amazing Oktoberfest flavor, this beer is a prime benchmark for this style. Taste of toffee and lightly roasted nuts. Sugary sweet with fresh biscuit flavors and toasted malt. Balanced by a mild bitterness. This is great. Bier brauen (219), Bremerton, Washington, USA
