0.5L draft at a small little restaurant in Munich. Delicious brew – strong banana/bubblegum/clove esters that you seek in a quality Dunkel. Excellent sweet malty notes and a nice finish. The beer just rolls across your palate and delights along the way. Fabulous. I wish that this was available on draft in the USA.

Rewelacyjny tradycyjny Dunkel prosto z Monachium. Ladna granatowa etykieta i piekny rubinowo czerwony kolor, a piana wielgachna i nie opada, mocno wystaje ponad granice szklanki. Smak slodowy, karmelowy, nuty chmieli aromatycznych, finisz wytrawny. Polecam

Good reddish brown appearance. Toasted malt and nut flavor. It has a good head on it. Slight citrus smell.

0,5 l bottle shared with McTapps. Malt all the way. After some pilsners and exports this one is something special. Malt, caramel and a bit if roast all the way. With that taste the head doesn’t matter. Winner of my Saturday night. Easy to drink but still with a full body. Great one.

Bottle. Coffee malt aroma. Dark brown color - moderate head. Nice coffee malt flavor to match the aroma - just a bit on the weak side but otherwise very nice.

Great beer. Almost like a malt beer with alcohol. Sweetish, quaffable, almost no bitterness.

Pours a dark brown with a small beige ring. Aroma is chocolate, molasses, roasted malts. Taste is a nice big round chocolate and roasted malts. Nice molasses and dark malts. Great beer.
