| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 3, 2008 Pour: Pale yellow gold, with a 1-2 finger frothy white head that fades to a skim in a couple minutes, but has good retention at that point and leaves specks of lacing.
Aroma: Straw, grassy hops, sweet grainy malts, white bread crust toastiness.
Flavor: Lots of grainy malts, faint lemony and floral hops, decent grassy hops, sweet grainy malts.
Finish is low on bitterness, grassy hops linger with a vague maltiness.
Body: Thin and watery, carbonation is about right.
