2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20
Golden classic pilsner appearance, tapped with minimal head. Very mild aroma, bit of crisp light bready malts, not much more. Taste is crisp as well, light bitter, short ending. Not much to say. Maybe slightly more boring than your average German pilsner. Good body though. (Pint on tap at L’Académie de la Bière)

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: MAR 29, 2013 Pours out a clear golden colored body with a nice thick topping of white head that recedes to a thin cap that leaves some lacing.
The nose is met with a pleasant sweet bready and grainy malt with some earthy and herbal noble hop.
There is a nice mild hop bitterness. The hops deliver on the herbal side. Lots of bready malt character.
Easy drinking and light bodied. Carbonation is on point. A little dry.
Nice lil’ German pils that’s easy to get on this side of the pond. Would drink again. Wish I could get a maß of this.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Nice malty aroma and beautiful presentation on this pilsener. Clear golden color with nice streaming carbonation, and thick airy head. Taste is lacking though, and leaves little on the palate also. I was expecting much better.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
20 ounce sample on tap at a bar at JFK airport terminal 5. The aroma has some metallic hop character, with some light biscuity maltiness. Not much else happening in the aroma of this beer. I get a lot of metal, though. Transparent blonde body with a small, white head present. Starts biscuity with pils maltiness. Fairly sweet. Medium chewy body in the middle. Finishes lightly grassy and metallic. Pretty bland and straight-forward. Blegh.
