Tasted from 12oz bottle into nucleated pint glass. It poured a crystal-clear golden color with large, sudsy, white foam, somewhat short-lived but left lots of lace. A near-perfect pilsner. Mild aromas and flavors; very subtly and delicately balanced, no flaws. Pils malt, freshly-cut grass, husks, vaguely reminiscent of hominy and puffed grain, marshmallows, distant noble hops, . Faint black pepper and bubble gum yeast phenols. Slightly hard mineral water. Light body, strong carbonation, crisp snap, finished dry. American pale lagers only hint at this exquisitely crafted beer. Just plain drinkable and delicious.

On draught. Very clear, golden. Very smooth and crisp with the classic pils dry finish with just a hint of hops. A good example of a pilsner.

Tap@ Black Turtle restaurant Valencia. Pilskleur, mooie kraag. Ruikt en smaakt moutig hoppig. Net bitter genoeg, lekker pilsje.

On tap at Paulaner Budapest. Soft grass, toast, and malts on the nose. Pretty basic but clean yellow lager with a nice pinky finger of head that sticks around. Silky malt body with a very very slowly appearing hop bitterness that lingers nicely. Pretty simple yet classic German style pils.

Defenetly good Pilsener. Not very big amount of foam and carbonation. Smell without any additional subsmells as need to be. Slight taste without originality but with a feeling of drinking good beer. Palate appears in few seconds and repeata original taste.

Pale yellow with thin, lasting head. Well balanced session Pils. Grainy with light hop. Clean and crisp.

In my point of view, it is a classical pils, drinking this beer in a Paulaner restaurant in Nürnenberg. The colour is a yellow lager and the carbonation is average. The hop is of course present and it is well balanced between the hop and the cereal.

Bottle - Clear yellow colour, thin white head, lacing. Malty aromas, hay, weak hop scent. Malty taste with a light, flowery hop bitterness. Light body, lively carbonation, watery, thin body, metallic aftertaste. Not my favourite, but drinkable.

On tap. 4.9% ABV Excellent looking with a golden body that has exceptional clarity and a good head that leaves patterned lacing. Malt dominated aroma and more balanced but lightly hop dominated flavor

Draught, smallish head, palish lightly hazy yellow color, stale grainy sweetish aroma, grainy malty honey aroma, medium bitterness, too much like the hell Not good.
