Bottle. The pour was a medium copper brown with a yellowish-amber hue and a large (2-3 finger) cream colored frothy head that mostly diminished down to a very small amount of residue with a tiny collar, which produced some poor lacing.
The aroma was of a light biscuit malt, and a sweet doughy yeast with notes of caramel, dark fruit (figs and plums), and was a bit nutty.
Taste was sweet and very malty with a big note of caramel in the beginning and ended a tad bitter and mildly sweet with a strong note of dark fruit and a mild alcohol tinge. The flavor lasted an average time after the swallow with a nice sweet fruity taste left behind along with a nice mild alcohol warming sensation.
Mouthfeel was a bit under medium in body and dry yet a tiny bit syrupy in texture with a moderate carbonation.
Overall a very impressive beer with a really good blending of malts, fruit and sweetness which made this a wonderful tasting experience...

330ml into a pewter stein. Pours with minimal head that dissipates quickly, not unusual for a doppelbock. Aroma of sweet malts, Vegemite, banana. Taste is similar, with a light smokiness & bitterness. Good, but not up to the standard of my beloved Korbinian.

Poured from bottle to glass. Orange-copper hue with white head thats dissipates quickly. Aroma is malt-forward. Sugar, floral, malty, caramel, bready, esthery notes. Medium body and CO2 give a fantastic mouthfeel. Taste is initial sweetness followed by a nice CO2 sharpness and finishes with a nice hop bitterness. Overall, this is a pretty nice bock.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Hazy burnt orange pour with a 1 finger, creamy beige head. Aroma is pretty big on grainy and bready malts, some nice caramel, light nutty notes and spicy hops. Flavor is big on caramel and bready malt up front, lots of cereal, some toasted nuts, a little bready yeast and spicy, floral and light herbal and citrus hops to the finish. Medium body, nice chewy feel throughout without being syrupy, light to medium carbonation. Really good overall, hit all the right notes for a Doppelbock.

The beer has a beautiful copper red colour. About taste, I think this beer has a too alcoholic taste which I don’t like.

Pours clear ruby amber with creamy head which dissipates quickly. Aroma is sweet and slightly fruity, though there’s no fruit in the taste. Warm taste of grains and honey, with a bit of malt, and some bitter on the end.

Very nice clear brown/red with small off-white head. Aroma is sweet caramel, yeasty spice and roasted malt. Nice slick and sticky mouth feel with low carbonation. Aftertaste is round caramel, bitter floral hops, some alcohol and some burnt herbs. Overall: Super good! Aroma, mouth feel and aftertaste is very sophisticated.

Final longo e aquecido, álcool bem inserido. Ótima breja!
