COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Paulaner Weissbier Kristallklar features a more intense wheat malt taste than its Hefeweissbier. There’s a fine sparkling clarity to it, achieved by a very special early-filtering method.

Ingredients: water, wheat malt, barley malt, hops.

Golden colored, little white head. Banana, fruits and sweetness with some spices, good aroma. Medium bodied. Flavor is not as good as aroma: mild banana, carbonation, some biting yeast. Sweetness and banana in aftertaste, also some mild cardboard there.

It’s very similar in taste to the standard Paulaner - and it means it rocks. However, I reckon it has less sophisticated taste. Good anyway.

In Erfurt, Germany on tap in beer garden association with festival. Yellow wth nice clean white head. Nose of bananas and hops. Good malts. Bit bitter, which is good, and a nice mouthfeel. Good finish. Decent brew.
