COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Paulaner Weissbier Kristallklar features a more intense wheat malt taste than its Hefeweissbier. There’s a fine sparkling clarity to it, achieved by a very special early-filtering method.

Ingredients: water, wheat malt, barley malt, hops.

Picked up this at the local gas station. Not that bad, not that great. Seems to be better than most Kristalls

Served into Erdinger Weizen glass A: Golden with a small frothy head thats stay for a while small lace, a lot of carbonation going on, it almost looks like a champagne glass. S: Banana, sweet, malts T: Very thin and watery, same banana flavor, some cereals, a lot of carbonation going on that make me confuse as spiciness. Overall not a very good beer or at least a dont like the style, feel like light soda to me

After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity wall adhesive white foam collar which was fine and even of structure. The beer also contained much carbonic acid in the glass. The beer has a clear golden color and a sweet taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a fruity touch. This beer smells fruity.

Bottle 50cl. A clear yellow beer with nice white head that remains properly and good lacing. Smell is low on weizen with metallic notes. Near to the usual Paulaner hefenweizen with low aroma of fruit and malt, as in the smell some metallic notes are there. Very drinckable and refreshing but not so interesting about the body and aroma, bit watery.

Bottle in Vienna. Pours clear straw coloured with a big frothy white head Classic wheat beer aroma, the banana scent are here!, amongst the sour dough and citrus. Taste is fairly mild, with a dominant sourness, banana and wheat balances this nice. Good wheat.

Bottle. Poured a clear golden orange with medium to full carbonation and a large lasting rocky white head that settled to a small and creamy layer. Banana, bubblegum, orange zest and some herbs make up the aroma profile. On the tongue, light and zesty citrus and banana flavours, again slight herbal notes, a lagery cardboard/grain tone, a very light boiled sweetness with a delicate bitterness in the finish. Light and dry, full carbonation on the palate, crisp and nicely refreshing.
