Orange-brown with a big creamy head. Fantastic aromas of chocolaate milk and caramelized bananas. Big flavours of caramel, brown sugar, with a rummy quality. Well-rounded, full-bodied palate. Alcohol is present but not harsh. Excellent.

One of the old stanbys in Uden....love the glass and wooden stand. Poured a golden brown, small off-white head that stayed around. Slightly spicy nose...some fruity malts, notes of caramel and yeastiness. More sweet malt in the flavor, some woodiness, more spices and fruitiness. Very tasty....smooth mouthfeel right to the end.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: APR 24, 2006 Pours a nice orange color with a creamy big lingering head. Aroma has some hoppy floral notes like roses combined with a sweet and spicey nose that shows apricots and clove. Flavor is strong and well-defined with VERY sweet ripe fruits in the beggining, hints of caramel and a powerful mouthfeel of gun powder. Full-bodied and with good carbonation, nice liquorish aftertaste. Long finish. A little too sweet but a killer beer overall.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tastes like every other Belgian I’ve had. The only thing this beer has going for it is the crazy ass conveyance thing it’s served in. Looks like some type of science experiment.

Fine off-white head, unclear orange body with sediments. Malty and chocolaty aroma with plenty of spices and bisquit. Sweet and a bit alcoholic in the flavor, caramel and spices with a hoppy finish. Sharp, tasty and warming. Thanks Jens!
