F: white nice head. C: very nice clear amber to copper. A: nice fruity and yeast aroma, apricots, peach, plums and malty too, and a hints of alcohol. T: lemon, grass, caramel malt, marzipan, spicy, alcohol on the palate, dry earthy tones in the finish, coriander and hops bitterness, nice one Belgian strong ale, I recommend sure to taste.

Fruity aroma - peach, pomegranade, plum. Copper colour with beautiful and very stable tall white head. Taste is medium sweet, nice balance between fruits and spices, low bitterness. Overall good.

Bottle BBE: 20.06.16. Well-chilled. Slight froth-over when opened, pours a clear copper with a towering, tight off-white head. Medium-intensity banana and sweet chestnut aromas. High sweetness and a slight bitterness to taste. Quite a full body with an oily texture, carbonation is on the low side. The finish is long and lingering. Overall this is a pleasant sipping beer. Slightly on the sweet side for me, but the head retention is unmatched and it drinks incredibly well for 8.4%.

It has bold, a little bit too sweet, malt taste, dense amber color, and perfect foam.

Piana sycząca, nieduża, szybko opada niemal do zera, barwa jasno bursztynowa, klarowna. Aromat delikatny, owocowy - od soczystych brzoskwiń, granatów, jabłek poprzez winogrona, rodzynki i figi, są też wyraźne landrynki i kwiaty. Smak dość analogiczny, lekko słodki, czereśniowy, przypominający różowe wino półsłodkie czy szampana Rose. Goryczka pestkowo-likierowa, dobrze balansuje podstaw. Nagazowanie średnio wysokie, szampańskie, odczucie w ustach półpełne. W afterteasie kwiat róży, pestka czereśni, rozgrzewający alkohol. Piwo raczej do degustacji, deserowe, o wyraźnych kwiatowych nutach. Wydaje mi się, że powinno smakować kobietom ze względu na swoją delikatność, balans i podobieństwo do dobrego różowego szampana.

Piwo w kolorze bursztynu, troch? rubinowe, klarowne. Piana poprostu olbrzymia. Po wlaniu do szk?a w?a?ciwie by?a tylko piana, bia?a, drobno p?cherzykowa, d?ugo utrzymuj?ca si?. W aromacie mo?na wyczu? s?odkie ?liwki, karmel i odrobin? wilgotnej piwnicy. Smak podobnie jak aromat, czaruje nas ?liwkami, mnóstwem ciemnych owoców, karmelem. Wysycenie ?rednie, mo?e troch? zbyt mocno wyczuwalny alcohol. Kwak to do?? tre?ciwe i pe?ne piwo, bardzo przyjemne w odbiorze.

Clear liquid, large head. Fruity aroma. Light body, no carbonation. Taste is bitter and sour, with a strong taste of iron.

UPDATED: JUN 8, 2015 Excellent Belgian Ale. Caramel and toffee at first, not too yeasty as other Belgian.
