pours hazy medium dark golden orange with a small white-orange head, minimal retention and lacing. strong bubblegum and caramel, sweetish toasted nutty maltiness, some fruitiness - golden raisins, very yeasty - spicy dill and others spices, booze, some sweetness - golden candi and brown sugar, minerals. lively to average carbonation, medium body - oily; very boozy and assertive woodsy-grassy-spicy-peppery finish. o-k.

330 mL bottle. Pours a slightly cloudy brown, with a big, foamy, beige head. Nose of ripe bananas, dates, cloves, caramel, and rosemary. Very sweet, with a nice, savory spice and a touch of bitterness. Heavy body, syrupy, very creamy with fine bubbles. This is a nice, sticky-sweet Belgian malt bomb. Lacks some of the complexity I’d like, but still quite tasty.

Amber brown with moussy white head which dissipates quickly. Minimal lacing. High carbonation with medium-light body. Moderate estery aroma reminiscent of plums, figs and raisins, low to no spiciness. Malty sweet with slight alcoholic warmth ending medium-dry.
