Bottle. In official Kwak glass. Very full body, lots of malt taste. Can taste the alcohol during finish. Bitter overtone.

Pours a dark brown with a tan head. Has some lacing, and hints of caramel, molasses, and spices. Some simple sugars and finishes sweet.

Tap at Silver Creek. Aroma of malt, some banana, alcohol definately prevelant in aroma. Taste was also quite alcoholic, malty, strongly hoped. Some citrus present as well. A decent brew. I would buy again.

Tasted it on draft in Ostende and on bottle at home. I have 3 different glasses for it. A good and not to strong tasting beer. Nice smell. Just be aware if you do not get the kwak in your face.

Interesting aroma of sugar cane molasses. In the palate, citric and candy, but without attacking. Definitively, an only beer, with personality....................................... Interessante aroma de melaço de cana. No paladar, doce e cítrica, mas sem agredir. Definitivamente, uma cerveja única, com personalidade marcante.

What is this stupid glass? I can not drinking this beer. Very bad yeast. Like it has been used from dirty river. Is not like drinking trappist. Where do they get yeast from????

Pours gold with medium head. Also, lots and lots of ’floaties’...so many that I had to pour beer through a strainer so I could finish. I’ve had beers with ’floaties’ before, but this was unbelievable. An enjoyable beer with mild taste. Went down easy. Finished a 750ml bottle in just under 30 minutes.

Pretty amber for a nelgian strong ale, has a big foamy baige head. Usual strong notes of fruit yeast and alchohold in the aomra, not too complex though. Has some honney desert sweetness in the flavor along with the warming alchohol. An OK beer, not exeptional
