Almost clear golden color with a small white creamy head.
Floral hop aroma with some slight fruitiness.
Bready malt flavors, with a touch of light fruit and low bitterness.
Light bodied, soft carbonation and a bit strange for a pils. Feels more like a Kolsch.

Boring beer. Very simple, uninteresting taste, yet the best I’ve tasted from Pavo, as it’s the first that’s not *bad*.

Israel; light fresh fruit aroma,golden, clear, white foam, light sweetness, lightly bitter, light body, flat, dry finish.

Yellow coloured and clear. Has a white head, medium duration. Nice aroma, notes as freshly brewed beer, faint citrus notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and finish moderate bitter. Dry, watery texture and soft carbonation.

Draught at a beerfest in Tel Aviv. Hazy golden liquid with creamy white head. Lemon and some grain in the nose, Delicate bitter taste, grainy and fun. Light body, lively carbonation and bitter, grainy finish. OK.

Golden-bronze. Aroma is a little bit spicy and with an almost candyish sweetness. Light spicy hop character and mild bitterness. Ok beer.

Draught at the brewpub, small stable head, light hazy deepish golden colour, aroma of honey, rubber, nuts and cooked vegatables, flavour of pistachio, some honey and fruit, light sourness and bitterness, quite drinkable but a little on the light side.

Bottle. Golden honey color. Bright decent head. Parmesean cheese, pecorino and quince paste. Strange and boring. Not hoppy. Paper, metal, and twigs. Very strange and muddy. Like kit beer.

Draught sample at the 1st Israeli Beer Exhibition, pours slightly hazy yellow with a medium white head, aroma of cereals, malt, oatmeal and wheat, flavor of malt, light bitterness, caramel and some herbs, easy to drink with a medium body.

Draught sample at the brewery in Zikhron Ya’akov. Clear golden color. Diacetyl aroma. Sweetish flavor with some crackery malt, butter and a dry finish with light bitterness. Light to medium-bodied. So-so.
