[Thanks to tomer]. Bottled. brown colour with an off-white head with minimal duration. Aroma is caramel, toasty and light yeasty. Flavor has caramel notes, bready, plumbacke and cookies, yeast. The final has a light bitterness with a good compansated and light sweetness.

Tap sample at the brewery. Clear copper color with no head. Yeasty and fruity nose - all mellow, with some herbal hops. Sweet honey flavors, with caramel, alcohol and strange nuttiness. Gassy, med-full body, a bit bizarre and overall not very good.

kerenmk (1214) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - APR 26, 2012
Draught at a beer fest in Tel Aviv. Frothy white head on top of murky dark amber liquid. Malt, grainy aroma, hoppy, bitter, dry taste. Medium body, long, slightly dry finish. ok, but disharmonious and unbalanced.

At the 2nd Israeli Beer Exhibition, pours clear bronze to orange with a huge creamy head, aroma of marmalade, vanilla and peach, flavor is bitter and too hoppy for the style, malt, caramel, grapefruit with a bitter aftertaste, nice carbonation, medium bodied

On tap at Stern Bar, Tel-Aviv. Tannish-amber with some haze. Thick white head. The aroma is quite yeasty, a little bit perfumey and with a slight pear ester. Spicy-hoppy accent with somewhat candyish malts. Perhaps a bit green and unrefined, but good to see Pavo trying this type of beer, as few Israeli brewers are.

@1 Stern bar in Florentin. Doesn’t look bad, is clear and gold with a white head and some lace. Sweet syrupy aroma like canned lychee syrup. Soft palate. Decent malt character. Does this have Belgian yeast? Doesn’t seem like it. Anyway, it’s mildly toasty blonde malts have sweet, fruity undercurrents. I don’t mind its endearing quirkiness.

Draught at the brewpub, small thickish head, clear darkish range colour, fresh aroma of peach, mandarine, popsicle and some bready touches, sweet candy flavour with a some fruity sourness and a blancing meduim strong bitterness. Quite good, i liked it.

Draught at Shtern1. Clear amber. Aroma of caramel, fruits, yeast, a bit of hops and some candy-ish malt. Sweetish flavor with malt, caramel, a bit of fruits and a finish with some hops and a bit of grapefruit. Medium-bodied.
