Very light, mild lager. Has bitter aftertaste. Golden - Orange in color. Head doesnít stay long. Light malt flavor. Overall, not bad. Brewery is just down the road from my house. Need to go there in person for the on tap selections. Nice job.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Amber with a very, very, very large white creamy skyline. Aroma is sour with toasted malt and fruit. Slipper bodied and taste is sweet and odd with fruit and light toffee and finishes a bit sour and dry.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz. bottle. Iím on a mild ale kick, apparently. Pours a caramel color with a thin off white head. Aroma of caramel and toffee malt, mild yeast and fruit notes. Flavor is subtle, unassuming. Caramel, toffee, some fruit, mild hop presence. Smooth, easy to drink. Prickly carbonation. This is good.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft at the brewpub, Paw Paw. Murky orange-brown body, medium creamy tight head. Light biscuity, grassy, slightly tart nose. Body soft, nutty, and grainy with herbals hops and light citrus. Light and refreshing with a good flavor profile.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
bottle. Amber with one finger head. Sweet with light malt. Goes down very smooth, but seems a tad unbalanced. Perhaps a little over-sweet.

2.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
OK at best. Relatively clear amber color. Very modest aroma, and muted flavor. "Session" ABV is only plus.

0.8 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 2/20
Bottle purchased in artisanal store in Allegan, MI. Moderate head formation and retention. A distinct aroma of rancid potatoes, maybe moldy caused me to gasp. The flavor was only slightly better. I was unable to finish this beer. Iím amazed that a "professional" brewery would even release a beer that is clearly produced in unsanitary conditions. This is a disservice to Michigan craft beers. This is one of very few beers I will have ever poured down the drain. Iíve consumed many bad beers, but this is undrinkable.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle to snifter. Looks good for the style; a semi-opaque copper with white lacing. Smells and tastes of caramel malt with an average mouthfeel. A decent example of the style.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pour from a 12 oz bottle (six pack from Salut! on Gull Road). Clear orange / tan brew with pal off white head. Great head retention and lacing. Aroma of caramel malt, some toasty and nutty overtones, a little tea berry and light floral hops. Taste matches aroma - mild light caramel malts with nutty and roasted flavors, a little teaberry and spice near the finish and just enough hops to offet the sweetness and leave a clean finish. No lingering bitter or overt hoppiness. Palate and mouthfeel are exceptional, very creamy and satisfying with soft carbonation, but still leaving a clean and refreshed feel after the swallow. This is very good.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Orange brown pour, completely translucent. Small dispersement of foam on top. Smells like fresh cut grass. Low carbonation. Tastes like bitter caramel. Finish is light and crisp, slightly bitter.
