Mar 11, 2006 75cl bottle. Green gold colour with a few white bubbles on top. I came across this on a stall in the Good’s Shed, an indoor market next to Canterbury West station. Apple aroma, with faint oak rubber. Slightly crisp and austere juice aroma. Juicy green apple in mouth, somewhat tart, before the advertised dry finish. For someone who likes austere citric white wine, like myself, this is excellent. Very fruity overall with almost no hint of alcohol. Some sourness on end.
