1,000 ml bottle. BB 18/1. From Timo A. Danke schön!
Cloudy golden color with a small to mid-size white head. Yeast, rubber, bitterness, wheat, bread, mild sweetness and some toffee in the aroma. The flavor is yeast, bitterness, rubber, dryness, bread, wheat and some mild sourness. A dry Hefeweizen.

When poured into the glas it produces a medium white, medium lasting rocky head. The hazy orange coloured beer offers aromas of doughy yeast, herbal hops, floral hops (almost perfume-like), clove, wheat, butter, caramel and realy sweet apricot jam. The flavour is sweet malty, clovy in the beginning, then more floral hops, citrus touch with a sweet-hoppy bananalike finish. Very creamy in texture, medium body, avarage carbonation. A bit too sweet for my taste.

Mooie oranje kleur met een volle kraag. Ruikt fruitig, kruiden, citrus. Smaakt fruitig, citrus, banaan. Smaakt niet zo zoet als normaal weisse.

1000 ml bottle. Thanks Timo A. Pours a dark golden orange colour with a small head. Aroma of apricot, grass and some wheat. Flavour of wheat, some yeast, fair amount of caramel, mild bitterness and some flour. Unfortunately some vegetable-notes. Medium bodied and slick mouthfeel. Seems very toned down and old, and yes, past BBE.

1 l bottle. Bottled on 18.12.2013. BBE 18.03.2014. Thanks Timo A.
Pours hazy orange color with a small head. Aroma has apricot, wheat, some hay, yeast and faint banana. Flavor is quite citric, some caramel and toffee notes with apricot and banana. Strong carbonation, lingering sourish citric finish. Nice but not quite what I expected, sadly a bit out of date.

1L bottle @ home. Bottled 18.12.2013, BBE 18.03.2014. Thanks Timo A!
Very aggressive foaming when pouring. Aroma is saison-like with apricot, some yeasty tones and citrus. Flavour has apricot, yeasty notes, orange and some funkiness. Some grassy tones occur at the end of the glass. Not the most typical weizen, but nice anyway. Lots of elements from saison.

1000ml bottle, thanks Timo A.

Pours hazy orange with a large white head. Aroma of ripe fruits, banana, yeast, caramel and toffee. Taste is smooth, yeasty and ripe fruity with loads of banana, toffee and caramel. Finish is yeasty, a bit stuffy and ripe fruity with some toffee. Okay hefeweizen.

1 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Hazy copper amber color. Thick sweet ripe banana, pepper and clove aroma with hints of toffee. Sweetish very peppery and clovey taste with ripe banana and toffee. Full body, too filling in fact. Rich tasting weizen.
