3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Medium vast white head, changes very slow into a thin light sticky lacing on top of a hazy but bright yellow colored beer.
Smell wheat, white chocolate, grains, light citrus tints, (poisoned) plants, tea herbs, a hint of malts.
Taste is a bit sweet with a light bitter touch but seems to be taken over by the sweetness completely.
It actually lends on being a unbalanced sweet mess, pff not my cup of tea, I am happy Borefts is tomorrow!
The flavours I can detect are as follows: wheat, sugars, banana, citrus, sweet grains, some malts, some corn, light grassy hop notes, light sourness but also overtaken by a more grainy planty sweetness.
Aftertaste is pretty weak, thin and a bit on the sweet side as well as some grains, grass, wheat and yellow fruit tints.
Medium carbo, light spicy but also soft creamy mouthfeel, medium body and a creamy texture.
Not bad but not good either. In the beginning it feels very unbalanced, at the end it is just a bit unbalanced!

Very pale colour. Wheaty aroma and a touch of sweetness too. Low acidity leads to quite a soft creamy texture. Overall the flavour is quite mild, it lacks a bit of spice.

After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity wall adhesive white foam collar which was fine and even of structure. The beer also contained much carbonic acid in the glass. The beer has a thick pale color and a light acid taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a citrus touch. This beer smells corianderly.

Bottle from Achelse Kluis. Hazy pale yellow with a rich, white foam. Spicy and lemony aroma. Lemons and oranges, hints of sweetness, definite use of coriander and some other spices. Uncomplicated and easy drinking, without leaving any lasting impression.
