Tap (Cuda na Kiju, Warsaw)
Holy jesus - the best wit aroma I’ve ever smelt - huge and orange zesty, coriander seed too. Strongly perfumed. Cloudy yelly, tight white head. A little flat in the mouth despite decent carbonation. Masses of orange and coriander seen in retronasals. Full milky smoothness. A wit like no other, superb.

Bottle at home, done from memory, rating is just for my own. I will edit if I drink it again, decent white beer, nothing special.

25cl bb08/2013. Drinkable enough wit, soft and sweet banana nose, spice, wheaty and slightly dusty taste, creamy aspartame mf, would have again.

Christian (11317) - Odense, DENMARK - OCT 2, 2012
FC Nordsjælland vs. Chelsea FC Champions League football night tasting in Odense, October 2012. Pale, hazy yellow with a lasting white head. Spicy aroma with more complexity than a usual wit, along with some lemon peel. A bit flat malty flavour, almost a little cardboard-y.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, Oktober 2012. Pours hazy pale yellow with a small creamy white head. Coriander, orange peel and vague yeast. Quite a lot of paperbag. A bit odd and dusty. Medium bodied.

Countbeer (4825) - Best of E-Town mit ein Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - SEP 27, 2012
Bottle: Medium vast white head, changes very slow into a thin light sticky lacing on top of a hazy but bright yellow colored beer. Smell wheat, white chocolate, grains, light citrus tints, (poisoned) plants, tea herbs, a hint of malts. Taste is a bit sweet with a light bitter touch but seems to be taken over by the sweetness completely. It actually lends on being a unbalanced sweet mess, pff not my cup of tea, I am happy Borefts is tomorrow! The flavours I can detect are as follows: wheat, sugars, banana, citrus, sweet grains, some malts, some corn, light grassy hop notes, light sourness but also overtaken by a more grainy planty sweetness. Aftertaste is pretty weak, thin and a bit on the sweet side as well as some grains, grass, wheat and yellow fruit tints. Medium carbo, light spicy but also soft creamy mouthfeel, medium body and a creamy texture. Not bad but not good either. In the beginning it feels very unbalanced, at the end it is just a bit unbalanced!

geophagus (297) - Lubin, POLAND - AUG 16, 2012
Pale yellow color, hazy, white small rapidly falling head. Medium body, low carbonation, smooth, long sweet finish. Aroma: Smells really good, aroma is intensive and fresh, citrus (oranges and lemons), coriander. Taste: Coriander, slightly oranges, disappointing.
