Dedollewaitor (15067) - Odense, DENMARK - OCT 2, 2012
Bottle @ Odense Tasting, Oktober 2012. Pours hazy pale yellow with a small creamy white head. Coriander, orange peel and vague yeast. Quite a lot of paperbag. A bit odd and dusty. Medium bodied.

Countbeer (5724) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - SEP 27, 2012
Bottle: Medium vast white head, changes very slow into a thin light sticky lacing on top of a hazy but bright yellow colored beer. Smell wheat, white chocolate, grains, light citrus tints, (poisoned) plants, tea herbs, a hint of malts. Taste is a bit sweet with a light bitter touch but seems to be taken over by the sweetness completely. It actually lends on being a unbalanced sweet mess, pff not my cup of tea, I am happy Borefts is tomorrow! The flavours I can detect are as follows: wheat, sugars, banana, citrus, sweet grains, some malts, some corn, light grassy hop notes, light sourness but also overtaken by a more grainy planty sweetness. Aftertaste is pretty weak, thin and a bit on the sweet side as well as some grains, grass, wheat and yellow fruit tints. Medium carbo, light spicy but also soft creamy mouthfeel, medium body and a creamy texture. Not bad but not good either. In the beginning it feels very unbalanced, at the end it is just a bit unbalanced!

Pale yellow color, hazy, white small rapidly falling head. Medium body, low carbonation, smooth, long sweet finish. Aroma: Smells really good, aroma is intensive and fresh, citrus (oranges and lemons), coriander. Taste: Coriander, slightly oranges, disappointing.

Very pale colour. Wheaty aroma and a touch of sweetness too. Low acidity leads to quite a soft creamy texture. Overall the flavour is quite mild, it lacks a bit of spice.

Bottle @ home. Clear pale yellow color, small white head that disappears quickly. Smell wheat, banana, light sweetness. Taste wheat, banana, pretty fresh. Soft, low carbo, low body. Decent, easy to drink witbier.

Bottle @ Delirium, Brussels.
Pours hazy pale yellow with a small, staying, creamy, white head. Aroma has sweet wheat, lemons, light coriander. Medium carbonation, grainy and light frothy mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet, some orange peel, grainy wheat. Just a high-standard wit, really.

After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity wall adhesive white foam collar which was fine and even of structure. The beer also contained much carbonic acid in the glass. The beer has a thick pale color and a light acid taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a citrus touch. This beer smells corianderly.
