25 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a huge white head. Dry wheaty and yeasty phenolic aroma, light coriander spiced too. Spiced wheaty flavoured, subdued bitterness. Goes into a rather dry wheaty finish. Mild caramel malty impression too.

330 ml bottle. Pale, dim body with a small, dense head. Aroma is fruity, yeasty and spicy dominated by coriander. Flavor is refreshing, fruity, sweet, sourish and quite typical. OK, nothing extraordinary.

The head is smallish, but elsewise, it has a good, cloudy pale straw body. It has an aroma of sweet wheat malt, coriander, and a slice of lemon. Light bodied but quite carbonated. The flavor is reflective of the nose except that the wheat gets a bit sweeter, fortunately offset by the lemony tartness. Not a bad warm weather refresher.

Pale, light hazy yellow coloured beer with a lot of carbonation and an average white head. Herby (coriander, lemon) aroma. Full herby palate. Finish is bitter dry. Enjoyable white one.

Bottled. A slightly hazy, golden-yellow beer with a small, white head. The aroma is banana-likem with cloves and some other spice I didn’t recognize. It has a spiced and fruity flavor, mostly cloves, with some hops as well. Medium body and a little bitterness in the finish. Some coriander too. There’s nothing special to it, but there’s nothing wrong with it either. (070216)

Bottle: Yellowish white in color with a soft white head. The aroma was citrus and spice. The flavor was a citrus acid and left a bitter aftertaste.

Green bottle... one of the most uninviting bottle appearacnes I’ve seen. Pour is incredibly light with some floaties and a massive head that it takes a bunch of patience to let die down to get it all in one glass. Aroma is a bit off, but there is a nice clove smell underneath, and as it sits, this is becoming a dominant scent. Flavor is another matter... very light and somewhat bland with a cloves note as the dominant characteristic. Some bread flavor shows that the grain is definitely there and maybe some banana/fruit sweetness to add to the mix, but fairly dull. Good, but dull.
