3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at Fedora in CDA, ID. Slightly hazy golden pour with a lacy white head. Not much aroma here, but I’m getting some piney, citrusy nose. Bittersweet flavor. Flavors of pine and catbox. Thin body with soft carbonation. Crisp and refreshing but it’d be better with a bigger body and more carbonation.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Purchased from Albertsons in 12 oz cans. A bit flat. Not much body. A bit medicinal. Decent happiness, but needs more body to balance.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Can:   Darker amber, slight haze, large foamy sandy head, nice lacing.   Soft sweet citrus peel and powdery sugar aroma.   Smooth and citrusy sweet on the tongue, very much candied.   Low hop bitterness.
Sweeter example, and rather smooth.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   More of a hop bitterness and less sweet on the finish.   Still has a powdery sweet aspect tho.   Nice sweet start, hops come out on the backside.
Decent, but sometimes that powdery sweet aspect gets a little artificial.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at the brewery. Rather dark, bitter, malty and robust for a pale. hefty, but good. I like pales a little lighter and crisper though.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Nice hoppy pale ale, dark golden in color with thick foamy head. Decent lacing, aroma is hops, slightly sour malt. Taste is hops, bread, malt with slightly metallic finish. Not bad at all.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 4/20
Excellent Pale Ale, made more delicious by the proximity of the brewery and the freshness. Full flavored pale, with perhaps a stronger hop finish then most. Try it, you will not be disappointed.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
This was on draft at Smokey’s at the Brundage Mountain Ski Resort in Idaho. Came in the glass an attractive orange color with a small white head and light lacing. Nose is citrus and floral hops. Medium and body and very smooth of mouthfeel. The flavor is caramel malts with a lot of hop flavor with citrus and a touch of tropical fruit. Very well balanced with some bitterness in the finish. Great session beer and remarkably refreshing .

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
Man, I’m digging these Payette brews. 12 ounce can. A rich floral hop nose, some biscuit. The flavor is a crisp hop flavor with caramel, light bitterness, very clean and very smooth. This is a tasty hoppy pale ale.
