COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dark beer. It has a strong body, dry flavor, given by an excellent balance between sweet malts, roasted malts and hops. You can drink it after the dinner, with raw shellfish (in the Irish tradition), marinated fish; it’s also excellent with sweets, fruit cakes and chocolate cakes.

Bottled. A brown beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of vinegar, malt, and citrus. The flavor is sour with notes of malt and caramel, leading to a tart and roasted finish.

Bottle 33 cl. RBESG Rome 2010. Pours a cloudy opaque brown with a beige head. Some hard roasted malt and a little yeast in the nose. Quite full-bodied with sweet dried fruit, roasted malt and some yeast. No real bitterness. Sort of a Belgian style Stout. 050610

Bona

Bottle from a tutta Birra. Very full flavour, toasted malt, some soot, some discreet sweetness. I would not mind another!
